Terms and Conditions
- For all reservations received by email, fax, or mail, please state arrival and departure dates, the type(s) of room(s) required, and the number of people in each party. Identify yourself as FOCS 2002 attendee.
- All reservations can be guaranteed with a credit card or first night's deposit. 48 hours cancellation notice is required to avoid a cancellation penalty equal to one night's room rate and tax.
- The balance of account is payable in full upon check-in.
- Personal cheques accepted for advance deposits only.
- VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MASTER CARD, and DIRECT DEBIT are accepted.
- All rates subject to 10% Provincial Room Tax.
